Are you looking to celebrate a special occasion, meeting up with friends, or just a big fan of breakfast food? Burnsville will satisfy all your cravings for brunch. Read on for the best places to start your day with a delicious brunch, both sweet and savory.

Jensen’s Café

Calling all breakfast fanatics! This is the place you’ll keep coming back to because the options are endless. Jensen’s Café offers an extensive selection of pancakes, waffles, and French toast that will make your mouth water while you read the menu. For those craving a more savory dish, there are scrambles, omelets, eggs benedict, melts, and sandwiches galore. You can get your coffees and teas here, too, but for something with a little more kick, check out the Café specialty drinks. Most impressive is the Jensen’s ultimate Bloody Mary, served with candied bacon, spicy bean, hot pepper, pickled mushroom, stuffed olive, beef stick, boiled egg & pickle. Cheers!

Jensen’s Café is open daily until 3pm, and open later Wed-Sat.

The Original Pancake House

As you’ve probably guessed, The Original Pancake House is known for their (no surprise here) pancakes! They have classic buttermilk cakes with countless flavor options, Dutch baby cakes, and Swedish pancakes that you roll up yourself. As they strive to create something yummy for everyone, some of their pancakes can even be prepared Gluten Free! In addition to their iconic cakes, other brunch classics served include waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and fruit.

The Original Pancake House is open daily until 3pm.

The Buzz Coffee & Café

If you can dream up a waffle flavor, they probably make it at The Buzz Coffee & Café. The Buzz serves up over 100 different types of waffles that are so Instagramable you’ll find it hard not to snap a pic before digging in. Gluten Free and Vegan waffles are also offered here, and they are just as tasty. True to its name, The Buzz Coffee & Café serves espresso drinks, made-from-scratch bakery items, and sandwiches to get you through the day.

The Buzz Coffee & Café is open 7 days a week.

Lucky’s 13 Pub

Your taste buds are in luck with a brunch at Lucky’s 13 Pub. For those with a sweet tooth, you can order pancakes, waffles, and French toast. You could also go bigger and try one of their house-made, 6-inch round giant caramel rolls. Yum! Lucky’s also serves several eggs benedict, omelets, and hash options for a heartier option. To make brunch a party, try Lucky’s infamous Bloody Mary flight, featuring traditional, bacon, horseradish, and jalapeño flavors.

Lucky’s 13 Pub serves breakfast Saturday & Sunday from 8 am-1 pm.

Sunday Brunch Buffets

Burnsville has two popular Sunday Brunch Buffet spots:

Morgan’s Farm to Table whips up a tasty brunch as well. With a carving station, omelet station, and various sweet options, there is something for everyone at this buffet. For the adults, Morgan’s even sets up a craft your own Bloody Mary Bar. Brunch runs from 9am-1:30pm.

Mediterranean Cruise Café also serves a Sunday brunch buffet for those wanting a breakfast with an international flair. Try out dishes inspired by the flavors of Jerusalem, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Italy, Turkey and Greece. The buffet is open from 11 am-3 pm.
