Witches and ghouls of all of ages are invited to this family-friendly fest that includes an illuminated trick-or-treat trail around Nicollet Commons Park. Local businesses will hand out candy and trinkets along the trail, plus enjoy DJ entertainment by Kids Dance and a face painter. Open to all ages. Costumes highly encouraged!
