Conference Rooms

  • Conference Room D is located in the upper level of City Hall. This mid-size conference room can accommodate groups of up to 12 people with table seating. Additional seating could be added around the room’s perimeter
  • Conference Room E is located in the lower level of City Hall. This small conference room can accommodate groups of up to 12 people with table seating. Additional seating could be added around the room’s perimeter

Council Chambers

The Council Chambers is located in the upper level of City Hall and is approximately 1,400 square feet. The room features state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and camera systems for recording are available for an additional fee. It is typically reserved for formal business meetings, lectures, teleconferences and weddings.

Dakota and Nicollet Rooms

The Dakota and Nicollet Rooms (sometimes collectively known as “the community rooms”) are located in the lower level of City Hall. These rooms can be combined into one large room that’s approximately 3,800 square feet or be divided into smaller rooms. These rooms are typically used for larger events such as art/craft shows, banquets, dance recitals, lectures, meetings, receptions and weddings.
