This beautiful, state-of-the art venue boasts a Main Proscenium Theatre, an intimate Black Box Theatre, Art Gallery, Rehearsal Room, Meeting Room and nearly 4,000 square feet of open lobby space on the second floor atrium, all with amazing views of Nicollet Commons Park.

Black Box Theatre – capacity of 141 seats
Art Gallery – 2,000 square foot space
Rehearsal Room – 1,800 square foot space
Meeting Rooms – accommodate 100 guests (theatre style)
Green Room – 20 guests
VIP Suite – located on the north end, second floor
Second Floor Reception – accommodate 280 seated guests
