Summer Series – Planning Your Weekday Visit in June

Summer has arrived, thank goodness, and it’s time to start planning the fun! We have put together a guide to help you best plan your time in Burnsville this summer. Below are some fun happenings that you should be sure to add to your calendar.

Planning Your Visit to Burnsville in June

Get ready to stop and smell the roses when you stop by Como Zoo for their Summer Flower Show. Angelonia, torenia, impatiens, petunia, verbena and pentas will be on display all summer long. Learn more here.




Weekly Wheels Car and Bike Meet at Buck Hill – This free event is an opportunity to show your car, truck, or motorcycle and meet with other enthusiasts from the greater metro community! 

With a large 600 parking space lot and full service on-site restaurant (BUCK ’54 BAR & GRILL) with in parking lot food and beverage offerings the location is perfect for you to enjoy the great weather and time with friends and family! Learn more here.

Check out the races every Wednesday at Canterbury Park for just $5! While you watch the races you can enjoy some deals, like $5 beers. Learn more here.




Who doesn’t love some locally grown produce, flowers, and made from scratch products? We know we do! Be sure to check out the Saint Paul Farmers’ Market which runs every Thursday 11:30am-4:30pm May-October. Only fresh, locally grown produce is sold directly from the grower to the consumer to support and allow access to healthy foods and small family farming.
